PC/Laptop Health Check:

We take a close look at what’s going “under the bonnet” so to speak. Checking on things like how effective is your anti virus, is Windows© working as it should be, is your wi-fi connection properly secured and loads of other checks. If we find something serious, we’ll tell you how much a repair would be and give you the choice of taking it further. Most importantly we’ll always explain in English what the problem is and not try and baffle you with techno babble.

PC/Laptop Repairs:

OK so something has gone wrong, Windows© won’t load or you’re getting some really strange error messages! Maybe nothing happens when you press the power switch, or perhaps you can hear the PC start up but the screen stays blank. Or you’ve got some really annoying pop-ups that keep appearing and you can’t get rid of them. Most fixes can be done within an hour there and then. Crucially we’ll always give you an opinion as to whether a repair is worth it.

Virus Removal & Clean:

With some viruses the only way of removing them completely is to wipe your computer clean and re-install Windows©. However some can be removed/quarantined quite simply. Either way we can absolutely guarantee that we can destroy any virus on your machine!

Internet Problems:

Maybe you want some advice on getting ADSL (or Broadband a fast Internet connection) here in Spain or maybe you just want to use dial up occasionally. You might already have Internet but it just won’t work anymore or you want a network setting up for your business. Whatever you need we can help, you can always give us a call, our advice is FREE.

FREE Upgrade Report:

We all know that money is tight at present and whereas at one time you might have just gone out and bought a new PC or Laptop when the “old” one was 3 or 4 years old, times have changed! Why not get us to give you a FREE Upgrade Report detailing how your system can be greatly enhanced at a fraction of the cost of a new machine. More RAM, a new DVD writer or even a bigger Hard Drive are all viable options and could save you loads. Estimates for upgrades are fixed for 3 months so you always know the exact cost.

WizMail:

f you like using Outlook or Outlook Express, or the Vista equivalent Windows Mail, then you’ll need to rely on an e-mail service provider. Many organisations offer a “free” e-mail address for example if you use their services. The problem with that is if you change provider, you will almost certainly lose the address! WizMail provides you with a permanent e-mail address for as long as you need it. Completely separate from your internet provider WizMail is operated from our secure UK servers, is easy to set up and costs just €10 per year with no setup charges. Data Retrieval:

You may have an old PC which doesn’t work but contains important files or you may want to transfer files to a new PC. Either way we can usually retrieve data from an old Hard Disk (even if it’s failed).

Data Wipe:

Many businesses or even home users need to ensure that sensitive data is properly removed from an old PC/Laptop before passing it on to another party. We have state of the art software which will completely erase any hard disk ensuring that all data is wiped. Please note that simply formatting a drive will NOT remove the data.
